Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy for orders delivered within India only. Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product meets the conditions mentioned below.

Products Eligible for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product packaging is tampered with during delivery

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive animal care products once opened

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns
